Waterevolution Flow wall mounted toilet brush older, black A141PR
Brass is an alloy of copper and zinc that is known for its durability and corrosion resistance. This makes it ideal for kitchen taps. The golden colour of brass gives a classic, luxurious look, while its antibacterial properties contribute to hygiene in your kitchen. No matter what style you prefer, brass taps offer both functionality and aesthetics.
A black faucet requires more accurate maintenance than a chrome faucet or stainless steel faucet. A black faucet is formed by a brass housing of a faucet with a black coating or lacquer layer on top. Another side effect is that limescale residues are more visible on black taps.
We have the following cleaning tips for a black tap:
Tip 1:
Make sure your bathroom is cleaned weekly and of course also the black taps. Use a mild detergent such as green soap. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents such as chlorine, acetic acid, anti-limescale, etc.
Use a soft cloth to clean the black taps. Rinse the black taps well after cleaning so that no detergent remains behind
Tip 2:
After showering, we recommend the black shower head or black shower set so that no limescale can form.
Tip 3:
Suffering from limescale on your black faucet? Use a soft cloth and citric acid based cleaner. So do not use aggressive cleaning agents such as JIF, chlorine or other aggressive acids. We also advise against the use of scouring pads, microfiber cloths or abrasives. The use of these can cause scratches on the black faucets.
Of course, the above cleaning advice also applies to black kitchen faucets, black sink faucets, black shower faucets and black bath faucets.
