Ordering

With us, you can easily and quickly place your order. On this page, you will find all the information about the ordering process, from finding the right product to completing your purchase. We explain how to place your order, what delivery options are available, and how to track your order.

How do I place an order?

Ordering with us is quick and easy

Our ordering process consists of four clear steps where you decide how you want it. Your order is only finalized after the order confirmation, allowing you to adjust everything to your preference beforehand.

1. Select your products

Use the Add to Cart button to add an item. If you want to order multiple items, adjust the quantity in the shopping cart.

Use the Continue Shopping button to return to the store.

Changed your mind? Click the cross to remove an item.

2. Choose your shipping method

  • Parcel delivery
  • Pallet Transport (only available for items that cannot be shipped via parcel post)
  • Pickup at a collection point near you (only available for parcel post)

Have you chosen a shipping method? Click Proceed to Order.

3. Enter your address details

If this is your first order, you can enter your details. If you wish to create an account, you can select the Account checkbox. We recommend creating an account so you can track your order in your Dashboard.

If you have ordered before, enter your email address and the password you provided. Forgot your password? Choose Forgot Password. You will receive an email within minutes to reset your password.

In the Your Details screen, you can enter your address details. This information is used for shipping your order. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

Finished entering your details? Click Next Step.

4. Choose your payment method

You can pay using the following methods:

  • iDEAL online banking
  • Advance payment via bank transfer
  • VISA or Mastercard via secure connection
  • Bancontact
  • ApplePay
  • GooglePay
  • PayPal
  • Klarna (up to a maximum of €750)

5. Order confirmation

At this step, you will receive an overview of your order.

Tracking your order is quick and easy. You can check your order status either through your account or without an account.

🔹 1. Track Your Order Without an Account

If you don’t have an account, you can still check your order status easily:

  • Go to our Customer Service Page via the link in the top right corner.
  • Enter your email address and order number.
  • Click "Search" to view the current status of your order.

🔹 2. Track Your Order via Your Account

If you have an account, you can track your order through your Customer Dashboard.

  • Go to our website and log in using your email and password.
  • Didn’t create an account when placing your order? You can register using the same email address used for your order.

🔹 3. Access Your Orders

  • Click on "My Account" in the top right corner of the main menu.
  • In the "My Orders" section, you can view the current status of your order and check your order history.

🔹 4. Track Your Delivery

  • You can check your order progress at any time, from processing to delivery.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link to follow your package.
